Bury Cycle Speedway Club
The freezing cold didn't help the attendance at Bury's first practise of the year. However for those that did attend, those early laps can only be of benefit for the season ahead. Both Club Captain Neil Howarth and Tom Doyle looked reasonably fit, before Doyle was hit by a fall and mechanical failure later on.
Its the same medicine this coming Sunday, 12 Noon start and hopefully more of the Team turning out.
Neil and Lyn Parrish, the Clubs Child protection Officer are away attending a Go-ride forum in Leeds.
Bury are also aiming to achieve Club-Mark Status this year.
