Bury Riders undertook their yearly Good Friday Charity bike ride, not the best of days, very cold/ The full results have still to be confirmed, but its likely to be another successful venture.
At long last, the main cabin at Goshen has been replaced thanks to grant aid and some stirling work discovering the whereabouts of a suitable replacement. Recover the old one, renew and extend the base and resite a new one all completed in one day. Still to be kitted out and the electrics rewaired but a huge improvement.
A trip to Hull on Sunday begins the Goshen Teams season proper, a;ways a tricky circuit to visit, Hull like Bury have done tremendous well over the past few years just to keep going. That won't matter as Bury attempt to use their top riders and take the 2 points, which will give the season a much needed fillip.
